MERATIFFIN Returns Policy
MERATIFFIN wants to experience complete satisfaction when you shop from our website www.meratiff.in .We provide premium quality products, on time delivery to your doorstep and supportive customer service team. However if you receive a damaged or a defective product contact our Customer Care with proper video and images for assistance. Our team will take care of the issue and take the necessary actions.
The below Policy is applicable only to purchases made from our website.
If you have accidentally placed an order and would like to cancel it within 48 hours of order confirmation , you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9830400253. The order will be canceled and the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days after the cancellation request.
If the order is in transit we would not be able to cancel the order.
If you purchase more than five (5) products, cancellation charges (Payment gateway service charges) will be applied .
If the product is accidentally or intentionally not received by the customer, MERATIFFIN will be not responsible for that. And in that case refund will be subject to dispute settlement under Kolkata Jurisdiction.
1.All return requests must be placed on the website (Contact Us Page) within 7 days from the date of delivery. Images of the invoice, the product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time for raising a return request. This helps us to process your return request faster
In case you receive a defective/damaged product,we will replace the same at no additional cost.
The item must be returned with their original packaging in undamaged condition.
The item to be returned will be picked up by our logistics partner from your doorstep and handover to our warehouse.
The replacement/refund will be initiated thereafter.
The refund can take up to 7 working days in some cases after the product is received by us.
2.The following shall be considered ineligible for returns
- Damages due to misuse/usage
- Products with tampered packaging/product label
- Any defect/damage that is not covered under warranty
- Incidental damage
- Product returned without its original packaging and all components
- Product returned in a condition different than which it was received in.
- After 7 days of receipt of the order
How soon will I get my refund?
- After receiving the products to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 5-7 working days.
- For prepaid orders refund is processed to the original mode of payment and will reflect in your account in 6 to 7 days.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed in MERATIFFIN wallet within 48 hours.
- Refunds for refused delivery orders by customers may be issued after deducting service charges.
